We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.
- The plant or product was delivered in poor condition due to transit issues.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is in its original condition and packaging.
- You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Live plants that have been repotted, damaged, or neglected after delivery.
- Items purchased during sales, discounted offers, or custom orders.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund.
- Issue the refund via your original payment method (bank transfer, card, or cash refund) within 7–10 working days.
If your item was paid for via cash on delivery, refunds will be processed to your preferred bank account.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or incorrect.
